2. How to conclude the contract with Mottafashionplace.com
2.1 To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on Mottafashionplace.com, you will have to fill in the order form in electronic format and send it to the Seller electronically, following the relevant instructions.
2.2 The order form contains a reference to the General Conditions of Sale, and a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the means of payment that you can use to purchase each product and the methods of delivery of the products purchased, the shipping and delivery costs, a reference to the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the products purchased.
2.3 The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your order form electronically, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to your order.

2.12 Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will send you, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form (General Conditions of Sale, Information on the right of withdrawal, information relating the essential characteristics of the product and a detailed indication of the price, means of payment and delivery costs).
3. Guarantees and indication of product prices
3.1 On Mottafashionplace.com, only luxury and top quality branded products are offered for sale. These products are purchased directly by the Seller from carefully selected fashion houses, manufacturers and retailers for their rigorous quality controls.
3.2 The Seller does not sell used, irregular or inferior products to the corresponding standards offered on the market.
3.3 The essential characteristics of the products are presented on Mottafashionplace.com within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on Mottafashionplace.com may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
3.4 Product prices may be subject to updates. Make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
3.5 You accept the faculty of Mottafashionplace to change its prices at any time. In any case, the goods will be invoiced on the basis of the prices published on the Site at the time the order is placed and corresponding to those indicated on the summary page visible before sending the order through the "Place Order" button.
3.6 In the event of errors that lead to a substantial change in the sale price such as to make it clearly excessive or negligible, the purchase order will be canceled and the price paid will be refunded without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of cancellation.

5. Value vouchers
5.1 Value vouchers are personalized codes, called "PROMOTION CODES", which allow you to take advantage of a discount on purchases made on Mottafashionplace.com.
5.2 The PROMOTION CODE box is displayed on the first page of the cart: once the items have been added to the cart, enter your code in the Mottafashionplace.com box and click on APPLY.
5.3 Restrictions on the use of the value voucher:
The value voucher can only be used once;
The value voucher cannot be converted into cash in any way;
It will not be possible to use multiple value vouchers in the same order;
The value voucher will only apply to one item per order;

9. Right of withdrawal
9.1 In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Customer may reject the purchased items and obtain a refund of the price already paid at the time of advance payment.
The alteration of the integrity of the original product, including external packaging, labels, boxes and hygienic seals, entails the forfeiture of the right of withdrawal.
Method of withdrawal
To this end, the Customer must contact Motta Fashion srl within 14 days following receipt of the order, by sending an explicit declaration by email to shop@mottafashionplace.com or by post, containing the following information:
- the express wish to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase
- the order number proving the purchase of the items in relation to which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal
- the codes of the articles for which you want to exercise the right of withdrawal
Following receipt of the communication, the Motta Fashion srl seller will agree with the Customer the methods for returning the items.
The costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer. The goods must arrive at Motta fashion Srl strictly within 14 days from the date of communication of the will to withdraw. The consumer can take advantage of the paid return service offered by Motta Fashion srl, at the costs indicated under the heading "Return costs" on the page https://www.mottafashionplace.com/shipping-and-returns/
The refund, including shipping costs, will be made by Motta Fashion Srl within 14 days of receipt of the goods, subject to verification of the integrity of the returned items.
