• Shipments are made by DHL courier. The shipping time depends on the destination Country. To Italy 24/48H. To extra-Italy countries: 3/4 days.
• The customer can track his order using the tracking number that he will receive from DHL at the time of withdrawal.

• We can send you our courier to collect the item. Return cost depends on the Country, and it will be deducted from your refund.
• If you use your own courier the return is free.
