• Shipments are made by DHL courier. The shipping time depends on the destination Country. To Italy 24/48H. To extra-Italy countries: 3/4 days.
• The customer can track his order using the tracking number that he will receive from DHL at the time of withdrawal.

    5€ on orders under 200€.

  • European Union Countries: 25€

  • Extra-EU countries: 25€

  • Rest of the World: 45€ (it is not possible to ship to Ucraina and Russia)

• You can ask the return of an item within 14 days of its receipt. 
• Send an email to shop@mottafashionplace.com specifying the order number and the item you wish to return (with security tag).
• We can send you our courier to collect the item. Return cost depends on the Country, and it will be deducted from your refund.
• If you use your own courier the return is free.
