Mottafashionplace reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept payments only from verified Paypal accounts. If the customer cancels an order before shipping, the costs associated with payment with Paypal will not be refunded.

Credit Card :
at the time of purchase, Customers enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system. Purchases can be made via Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, UnionPay and Pago Bancomat. If the availability of the credit card is sufficient, the order will be confirmed after checking the availability of the ordered item. In case of lack of funds, the payment transaction is canceled together with the purchase order itself.
In order to guarantee greater protection on purchases made in e-commerce, Mottafashionplace recommends its Customers to join the Verified By Visa and Mastercard Securecode services.

Bank Transfer :
The shipment will take place once credit has been received. The customer is required to send a copy of the accounting within two days via email to shop@mottafashionplace.com . In the absence of an accounting copy or credit within two days, the goods will not be reserved and the order will be cancelled.

- Cash on delivery (for orders up to 500 euros):
the cash on delivery service has an additional cost of €5 which will be displayed in the cart. Payment to the courier can only be made in cash. At the time of delivery it will be necessary to have the exact amount of the order available in cash. The courier does not accept checks and cannot give change. For a possible refund in the event of a return it is necessary to have a bank account. In the event of a return, shipping costs will not be refunded. For cash on delivery payments it is not possible to request to postpone the shipping date.
During certain periods of the year some payment methods may not be available.
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Mottafashionplace and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package: if for any reason the Customer refuses delivery, refuses payment on delivery by not collecting the shipment or is not available at the address indicated and the package goes into storage, all costs related to shipping will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.
